wattle season - early spring, warm enough for the magpies to be checking out the competition … clumps of rich purple hardenbergia scrambling up roadsides, wattles in a pale yellow haze … lots of lambs leaping around and newborn calves wobbling to their feet ….. more rain on the way.

cooking class – saturday afternoon 17 september …. thai/lao cooking class  with Mor Saykao …. the class prepares three courses $90 pp and are joined for dinner by friends/partners for a delicious thai dinner additional $45 pp appox. 8-10 in a class …… need to book
