Australian Biodynamics Victoria invites individuals and organizations to explore practical measures to rebuild healthy farms and communities. It is time to go beyond working separately to what unites us all. The Earth knows no boundaries so let us speak with one voice, one heart. This seminar is about some tangible steps we can take to re- verse climate challenges and forge paths for our collective action.
COST:

PROGRAM & SPEAKERS:
Cheryl Kemp will speak on ‘Starting out in Biodynamics for the Home Gardener or Commercial Farming’. Cheryl is an expert in biodynamic and organic farming, and has worked as an education officer for the Bi- odynamic Farmers Association and for the New South Wales State Government, producing fact sheets for the Department of Agriculture, encouraging farmers to establish discussion groups to develop their knowledge. Cheryl was a regional winner of the ABC Rural Woman of the Year Award in 1997 (Mid North Coast NSW).
Daniel Kelton is a smaller scale farmer operating Holistic Pasture P/L in Alexandra, Victoria. Daniel says "I want to experiment with how I can influence the local climate, what we can change as a community with this system of regenerative farming". Daniel believes that regenerative farming can arrest global warming on a local scale, he also believes that the system makes good business sense and encourages other farmers to explore it.
